Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

Return the item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers can return orders within 14 days. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval
